We work with trusted fulfillment partners and warehouses around the world, including the U.S., Europe, and Asia to bring you the best baby items, learning toys, and thoughtful gifts.
Because of that global reach, your order may take a bit longer to arrive, but it allows us to offer a wider, more magical range of items at family friendly prices.

Estimated Delivery Times

While we’d love to offer next day delivery, we focus on quality and safe delivery above speed, so we don’t currently offer express or overnight shipping.

Note: These are estimated delivery windows and actual shipping times can sometimes be faster, depending on the carrier we use, your location, the size of your order, and which warehouse your items ship from.
Some customers receive their orders earlier than expected but we always recommend planning for the full timeframe just to be safe.

Handling & Processing

Once you place your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to carefully prepare, pack, and ship it out. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

We know how exciting it is to receive something special, especially when it’s for a little one and we’ll do our best to keep things moving smoothly.

Ordering Multiple Items?

If you ordered a bundle of joy (toys, books, clothes, etc.), you might receive them in separate packages. Some of our items ship directly from different warehouses to get to you faster and more efficiently.
